Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website www.covesto.in (“This Platform”) made available by Covesto Tech Solutions Private Limited (“Covesto”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”). The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of this platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Covesto whether on This Platform or otherwise.

Your Consent

By using our platform, registering an account, transacting, advising, visiting, or paying the subscription, you hereby consent to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and unequivocally agree to all its terms without any demur.

Customer Cancellation

As a general rule subscriber and/or buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the subscription, service, and/ or any order once placed on the Platform. It is categorically stated that Covesto, will not be liable to refund the money collected as the subscription, consultancy fees and/ or any monies paid for the order placed, if any.

• As a general rule Buyer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation of or cancel the subscription and/ or order once placed on the platform;
• The Buyer unequivocally agrees that Covesto’s decision on refunds shall be final and binding and the Buyer is expressly aware of this stipulation and has agreed to access the platform;
• In case of the complaint of any spurious product and/ or service, the liability shall solely lie with the creator selling the product and/ or service or the service provider/consultant and service recipient. Covesto is merely an information sharing platform facilitating the transactions between the service provider/consultant and the service recipient and therefore, Covesto shall assume no liability with respect to the products sold/service provided by the Creator/consultant/service provider. Covesto strictly discourages dealing of any spurious product and/ or service on its Platform and shall reserve the exclusive right to report such incidents to the concerned authorities for appropriate legal actions

Termination of Service

Covesto reserves the exclusive right to immediately terminate, suspend, limit, or restrict Your account or Your use of the Services or access to Content at any time, without notice or liability, if Covesto so determines in its sole discretion and/ or upon any communication received, for any reason whatsoever, including that You have breached these Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy, a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, violated any law, rule, or regulation, engaged in any inappropriate conduct, provided false or inaccurate information, or for any other reason. You hereby agree and consent to the above and agree and acknowledge that Covesto can, at its sole discretion, exercise its right in relation to any or all of the above, and that Covesto, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, principals or licensors shall not be liable in any manner for the same; and You hereby agree, acknowledge and consent to the same. You hereby also agree that you shall have no right to claim any refund and Covesto shall not refund any amounts that you may have paid to access and/or use the Services.
